AVG Anti virus You can get the free for personal use and the upgraded professional version from here. All other users can use this link to get the paid for versions for businesses etc.

Lavasoft Ad aware Removes Spywear, key loggers, malware etc. Current Version 1.06r1. This link sends you to the 1 year licence paid for version to download for arount £15 UK. You can select the free version from the products menu.
Spybot Search and destroy Removes Spywear, key loggers, malware etc and uses TeaTimer to monitor registry changes. For the more advanced user. Version update to 1.4 on 17/6/2005 update ASAP
